Automotive Accounting Clerk (Car Deal) Blossom Chevrolet
We are a mid-size auto dealership group with five branches in the Indianapolis area looking for an Automotive Accounting Clerk (Car Deals)
Must have automobile dealership experience, car deal processing, and knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software system
Car Deal Processing
- Processing New and Used car Deals
- Processing Fleet Deals
- Calculate Salesman commissions
- Labeling Deal Jackets
- Process Service Warranties, GAP, and other F&I products.
- Process Service Warranties & GAP cancellations
- Work with F&I team to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with Processing accounts payable
- Reconciliation of statements
- Cutting accounts payable checks
Assist Office Manager and team members with projects and monthly closings.
Car Deal processing experience: 1-3 year (Required)
Proficient in use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Discretion, diplomacy and a flexible attitude are also important along with the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent
High level of organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
